Dog Information Submission Form

ChessieInfo attempts to obtain as complete and accurate information as is available. If you have information on a dog that does not appear in the database, or have corrections you would like made to an existing dog's info, please fill out and submit the form below.

AKC title information has a lag time of two months. If your dog received an AKC title within the past few weeks, you do not need to submit the form. AKC title information comes directly from AKC. If your dog earned an AKC title more than two months ago, and you still do not see the title in the database, please contact me. For non-AKC titles, I get most of the information directly from the organization that awards the title. Since July 2011, I review AKC, UKC, NAHRA, USDAA & Flyball Association records for Chesapeake Bay Retriever accomplishments. However, if your dog has earned a title before July 2011 and that title does not appear, you will need to send a scan of the title certificate to chessieinfo@yahoo.com, or a link to a website if the title certificate is posted somewhere. Links to official results for non-AKC events are always welcome!

Depending on work flow, updates to the data are uploaded every Sunday night. If you do not see your submitted changes within two weeks of submitting the form, please contact chessieinfo@yahoo.com.
